Shipping policy

When making a purchase in our e-store, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:

Delivery of goods to Omniva self-service terminals:
  • Service price – 3.50 Eur.;
  • When choosing delivery to Omniva self-service terminals, you will receive an SMS message with specified information for receiving the shipment.
  • When choosing the Omniva parcel locker as the delivery method, the Product arrives in the User's chosen package within 5 working days after the order confirmation is sent to the User's e-mail address. The User is informed about the arrival of the Product in the parcel locker with a text message containing the door code, the location of the package, the return code and storage period. Parcel lockers are open 24 hours a day. The product is stored in the package for 7 calendar days. After the expiration of the mentioned term, the Product is sent back to the Elyndi.com store. In the event that the User does not collect the Product within the above-mentioned term, the User is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with resending the product.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary, any delays will be reported.

  • When paying with Apple Pay or PayPal, after making the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address, where you can choose the parcel address. If this is not done, the location of the closest parcel post to your indicated place of residence will be automatically selected as the parcel post address.
Receiving goods on site in our ELYNDI store:
  • The price of the service is 1.50 EUR.
  • The shipment can be received at our place, Blaumaņa Street 9. You can receive the order at our place after placing the order (after 2 working days) on working days from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is desirable to pick up the shipment within 5 working days from the moment of placing the order.
  • We would like to inform you that if the product is not picked up in our store within 5 working days, the order will be canceled and the money returned.
