Right of withdrawal and return of goods
1. If the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person who purchases a product for a purpose that is not related to his economic or professional activity), then the Buyer (consumer) may exercise the right of refusal without providing any justification. In compliance with the provisions of Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on distance contracts", and the Buyer has the right within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods/goods, to withdraw from the purchase contract by submitting an application to Elyndi on the exercise of the right of withdrawal .

3. Upon receiving the refusal application, the Seller shall immediately notify the Buyer of its receipt by sending an electronic notification to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
4. It is considered that the Buyer has complied with the deadline for the right of refusal (14 days) if the Buyer's application for exercising the right of refusal is sent to the Seller before the expiry of the right of refusal. In case of disputes, the Buyer is obliged to document the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal.
5. After sending the application for exercising the right of refusal, the User delivers the product back to Elyndi to the address: Blaumaņa iela 9, Rīga, LV-1011 (by handing over the product in person at the store or by sending the product via Omniva Parcel (Valdemāra Street 112 RIMI Parcel) in the original packaging with a delivery note, without unreasonable delay, but not later than within 14 days. This deadline shall be considered met if the User delivers the goods back before the expiration of the 14-day period.
6. Elyndi undertakes, without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's application for the exercise of the right of refusal and the day of return of the product, to submit a refund application in the payment processor to the Buyer for the amount of money he paid for the product.
7. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal in a timely manner, this Agreement is terminated and the Seller refunds the payments received from him to the payment account specified in the withdrawal application or using the same means of payment that the Buyer used for the initial transaction, if the Buyer did not specify a payment account in the withdrawal application number.
8. If the Buyer, at the time of ordering the goods, had clearly expressed his desire to receive the goods using a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Buyer's additional delivery costs.
9. The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the Buyer. If the product cannot be returned by mail or parcel due to its characteristics, the Buyer shall cover all costs related to the return of the product.
10. The buyer can exercise the right of refusal subject to the following conditions:
10.1. the returned item(s) must be in the original packaging;
10.2. the product must not be damaged;
10.3. the product has not been used, the shipping box has been preserved, it has not lost its commercial appearance (preserved labels attached to clothing, safety film, etc.) (this does not apply to a product already damaged during delivery, for which the Buyer has indicated objections when confirming the receipt of the product);
10.4. the item to be returned must be in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt.
11. The seller has the right to refuse to accept the product back if the deadlines for returning the product were not met.
12. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The buyer is responsible for any kind of decrease in the value of the product, if the product has been used in a way that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, including used for a purpose other than to determine the product's characteristics or operation. The goods must be undamaged, undamaged (unremoved and undamaged labels, untorn protective film, etc.) and unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same set as it was received, making sure to return the product purchase document, delivery document and other product accessories that were attached to it at the time of receipt. If the product is not fully assembled, damaged, messy or not properly packed, Elyndi has the right not to accept the product, as well as not to refund the money paid for the product to the Buyer.
