How do I return or exchange an order?

Wrong size? Within 14 days you can return an item or exchange it for another size. It takes a couple of minutes, and you don't need to log in.

Find your order

Enter your order number and the email you ordered with, then tap Find. The number is in your order confirmation email.

Once the parcel reaches us, we check the item and refund you, add a gift card to your account or send the new size. You'll get an email once your return is processed.

Frequently asked questions

When will I get my refund?

Once the parcel reaches us, we check the item within 14 working days. We refund you using the same payment method you paid with. We add the gift card to your ELYNDI account, and we send the new size right after the check. You'll get an email once your return is processed.

How much does a return cost?

The return parcel locker fee is 3.10 EUR and is deducted from the refund. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard option, we do not refund the difference.

Which items can't be returned?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, lingerie sets and other intimate items can't be returned, nor can coffee and gift cards. You'll see these items greyed out in the form. Robes, nightwear sets and loungewear can be returned or exchanged.

I don't have a printer. What can I do?

You can open the label from the email and print it at any print shop or library. If that's not possible, message us and we'll help.

Can I change the size or colour after ordering?

Once an order is placed, we can't change the size or colour. If you've just placed your order, call +371 26616746 and we'll see what we can do. After you receive it, you can request an exchange for another size on this page.

The item arrived damaged or the parcel got lost

If the item arrived damaged, note it when accepting the parcel and message us with photos. If you added shipping protection to your order, see the protection claim page.

Returns from abroad

When sending an item back from abroad, all customs costs (duties, fees, VAT) are covered by the customer. We may refuse a parcel whose customs charges have not been paid.

Which address do I send it to?

You don't need to write an address: the label is already made out to the ELYNDI warehouse address. Create it on this page, stick it on the parcel and drop it off at any Omniva locker, and Omniva will deliver it to us. Our address: ELYNDI, Ulbrokas iela 34C, Riga, LV-1021, Latvia.
