How do I choose a size?
Check the measurements in the product description. If you are not sure, message us on Instagram @elyndi.official and we will help you pick the right size.
Where can I check my order status?
Open the Order status page and enter the tracking number from your email, or log in to your account. If you ordered a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date is in the product description.
How do I return or exchange an item?

What does PRE-ORDER mean on an item?
The item is not in stock yet and will be dispatched on the date stated in the product description.
When will I get my refund for a returned order?
We process returned orders within 14 days. If you chose an exchange, the period counts from the day we receive the returned item.
Can I change the size or colour after ordering?
Unfortunately, the size or colour cannot be changed once the order is placed. If you have just ordered, call +371 26616746 and we will see what we can do.
When will my order be ready for pick-up in store?
