1. Products purchased from SIA “ELYNDI” come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty card is a document confirming the purchase payment, which records the purchase time of the product.

1. The warranty covers damages caused by manufacturing defects or the quality of raw materials. 

1. The warranty is void if SIA “ELYNDI” warranty terms are not followed:

3.1. The payment document for the product is not retained;

3.2. Individual parts of the product (hardware, zipper, belt, etc.) are lost;

3.3. The product has mechanical damage, scratches that occurred due to careless use of the product; 

3.4. The defect occurred from using the product for purposes it is not intended for;

3.5. The defect occurred due to exposure to chemicals;

3.6. The defect occurred due to not following the care instructions specified in the product specification;

3.7. The item has been repaired by another service provider;

3.8. In cases of natural wear and tear of elements;

3.9. The defect occurred due to force majeure or an accident.

1. Clothing care instructions: 

5.1. Clothing should be chosen according to size and body shape.

5.2. Clothing should be cared for according to the manufacturer's instructions to protect against color loss, deformation, and other quality losses.

5.3. Before washing clothing, carefully read the information on the clothing label and follow the washing and ironing instructions provided.

5.4. To prevent fabric staining, it is prohibited to wash clothing of different color shades together.

5.5. Turn clothing inside out before washing.

5.6. Choose detergents that are suitable for the specific color of the clothing.

5.7. When washing clothing in a washing machine, select the appropriate program and temperature setting to prevent shrinkage and reduce the risk of color fading.

5.8. Before washing clothing, ensure there are no items in the pockets that could damage the fabric or change its color.

5.9. Choose the appropriate clothing drying method (e.g., can be tumble dried/can be spin dried).

5.10. When ironing clothing, choose the appropriate ironing mode.

5.11. Cleaning clothing with solvents and other chemicals not intended for clothing care is prohibited.

5.12. Protect clothing from contact with chemical products. 

6. Shoe care instructions:

6.1. Shoes must be chosen according to size and foot shape.

6.2. Shoes should be maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent color fading, deformation, and other quality losses.

6.3. To avoid deforming Shoes, a shoehorn must be used when putting them on.
6.4. Shoes should be treated with a protective agent intended for shoe care to protect them from harmful environmental effects. In wet weather, it is recommended to treat shoes with a protective agent several times a week.
6.5.  Natural leather Shoes should be cared for with products intended for them. 

6.6. Washing Shoes with water is prohibited. 

6.7. Natural leather Shoes should be protected from rain.

6.8. Do not store Shoes in high heat, direct sunlight, or humidity to protect them from color fading, deformation, and other quality losses. To preserve Shoes, it is recommended to store them in a cotton bag, in a dark, cool place.

6.9. Do not dry Shoes on radiators or other heating devices to prevent color fading, deformation, and other quality losses. 

6.10. Regularly maintain shoes with shoe care products, and independently monitor the shoe's condition, performing maintenance or repairs in a timely manner if necessary.

6.11. Protect Shoes from sharp objects and contact with chemical products. 

6.12. Cleaning Shoes with solvents and other chemicals not intended for shoe care is prohibited.

6.13. Defects such as heel wear, shoe wear, or defects arising from not following the Shoe Care Instructions, as well as minor defects that do not affect shoe wearability, will not be covered by the warranty.

1. Bag Care Instructions

7.1. Bags should be maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent color fading, deformation, and other quality losses.

7.2. Natural leather Bags should be cared for with products intended for them. 

7.3. Washing Bags with water is prohibited. 

7.4. Natural leather Bags should be protected from rain.

7.5. Do not store Bags in high heat, direct sunlight, or humidity to protect them from color fading, deformation, and other quality losses. To preserve Bags, it is recommended to store them in a cotton bag, in a dark, cool place.

7.6. Do not dry Bags on radiators or other heating devices to prevent color fading, deformation, and other quality losses. 

7.7. Regularly maintain the Bag with care products, and independently monitor the Bag's condition, performing maintenance or repairs in a timely manner if necessary.

7.8. Protect the Bag from sharp and pointed objects, as well as contact with chemical products. 

7.9. Observe the Bag's capacity to avoid the risk of deformation or breakage due to weight and volume.

7.10. Cleaning Bags with solvents and other chemicals not intended for Bag care is prohibited.

7.11. Defects such as Bag wear, or defects arising from not following the Bag care instructions, as well as minor defects that do not affect the use of the Bag, will not be covered by the warranty.

1. Jewelry care instructions

8.1. Remove Jewelry when doing house or yard cleaning.

8.2. Remove Jewelry when visiting the beach, pool, sauna, salt baths, engaging in sports, as well as during cosmetic procedures, showering, and bathing.

8.3. Store Jewelry in a dark, cool place, in a soft pouch or box, separately from other jewelry, to prevent the risk of mechanical damage and scratches.

8.4. Regularly clean Jewelry with a special cloth or soft fabric (suede or flannel).

8.5. It is forbidden to use chemicals for cleaning Jewelry, as well as toothpaste or sand.

8.6. Avoid wearing multiple pieces of jewelry (e.g., two rings on one finger) to prevent the risk of scratches.

8.7. Avoid impacts or contact with sharp, rough, hard household items (table, doors, walls, handles, etc.).

8.8. Do not expose Jewelry to temperature fluctuations (in a sauna, solarium, after sunbathing – in cold water in a pool, etc.), as well as contact with water. 

8.9. It is forbidden to use Jewelry for purposes for which it is not intended (e.g., using rings to open bottle caps, do not carry heavy objects like keys on a chain, etc.).

8.10. It is forbidden to adjust the size on your own, as deformation may cause crystals to fall out and you will lose the warranty. 

8.11. Defects such as Jewelry wear, or defects arising from not following the Jewelry care instructions, as well as minor defects that do not affect the wearing of Jewelry, will not be covered by the warranty.

1. SIA “ELYNDI” is not responsible for repairs, engravings, size adjustments, etc., performed by craftsmen from other stores or workshops.
