1. Goods purchased from SIA "ELYNDI" are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty card is the document confirming payment for the goods, which records the time of purchase.

1. The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects or by the quality of the raw materials.

1. The warranty does not apply if the SIA "ELYNDI" Warranty Terms have not been observed:

3.1. the document confirming payment for the Goods has not been kept;

3.2. individual parts of the Goods have been lost (hardware, zip, belt, etc.);

3.3. the Goods show mechanical damage or scratches caused by careless use;

3.4. the defect was caused by using the Goods for purposes for which they are not intended;

3.5. the defect was caused by exposure to chemical substances;

3.6. the defect was caused by failure to follow the care instructions given in the specification of the Goods;

3.7. the Goods have been repaired by another service provider;

3.8. in cases of natural wear and tear of components;

3.9. the defect was caused by force majeure or an accident.

1. The warranty does not apply if the SIA "ELYNDI" care instructions have not been followed.

1. Clothing care instructions:

5.1. Clothing must be chosen to suit your size and body shape.

5.2. Clothing must be cared for in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to protect it from fading, loss of shape and other deterioration in quality.

5.3. Before washing Clothing, read the information on the garment's care label carefully and follow the washing and ironing instructions given there.

5.4. To prevent dye transfer, garments of different colours must not be washed together.

5.5. Turn garments inside out before washing.

5.6. Choose detergents suitable for the specific colour of the garment.

5.7. When washing Clothing in a washing machine, select a suitable programme and temperature to prevent shrinkage and reduce the risk of fading.

5.8. Before washing Clothing, make sure that there is nothing in the pockets that could damage the fabric or change its colour.

5.9. Choose a suitable drying method for the Clothing (for example: may be tumble dried / may be spin dried).

5.10. When ironing Clothing, select a suitable ironing setting.

5.11. Cleaning Clothing with solvents or other chemical substances not intended for garment care is prohibited.

5.12. Protect Clothing from contact with chemical products.

6. Footwear care instructions:

6.1. Footwear must be chosen to suit your size and foot shape.

6.2. Footwear must be cared for in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to protect it from fading, loss of shape and other deterioration in quality.

6.3. To avoid deforming footwear, always use a shoehorn when putting it on.
6.4. Footwear must be treated with a protective product intended for shoe care to protect it from the harmful effects of the outdoor environment. In wet weather, it is recommended to treat footwear with a protective product several times a week.
6.5. Genuine leather footwear must be cared for with products intended for it.

6.6. Washing footwear with water is prohibited.

6.7. Genuine leather footwear must be protected from rain.

6.8. Footwear must not be stored in high heat, in direct sunlight or in damp conditions, to protect it from fading, loss of shape and other deterioration in quality. To preserve your footwear, it is recommended to store it in a cotton bag in a dark, cool place.

6.9. Footwear must not be dried on radiators or other heating appliances, to protect it from fading, loss of shape and other deterioration in quality.

6.10. Care for footwear regularly with shoe care products and keep an eye on its condition yourself, arranging maintenance or repair of the Footwear in good time if necessary.

6.11. Protect Footwear from sharp objects and from contact with chemical products.

6.12. Cleaning Footwear with solvents or other chemical substances not intended for shoe care is prohibited.

6.13. The warranty does not apply to defects such as worn heels, general wear of the footwear, defects caused by failure to follow the Footwear care instructions, or minor defects that do not affect the wearing of the footwear.

1. Bag care instructions

7.1. Bags must be cared for in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to protect them from fading, loss of shape and other deterioration in quality.

7.2. Genuine leather Bags must be cared for with products intended for them.

7.3. Washing Bags with water is prohibited.

7.4. Genuine leather Bags must be protected from rain.

7.5. Bags must not be stored in high heat, in direct sunlight or in damp conditions, to protect them from fading, loss of shape and other deterioration in quality. To preserve your Bags, it is recommended to store them in a cotton dust bag in a dark, cool place.

7.6. Bags must not be dried on radiators or other heating appliances, to protect them from fading, loss of shape and other deterioration in quality.

7.7. Care for the Bag regularly with care products and keep an eye on its condition yourself, arranging maintenance or repair in good time if necessary.

7.8. Protect the Bag from sharp and pointed objects and from contact with chemical products.

7.9. Do not exceed the capacity of the Bag, so that weight and volume do not expose it to the risk of losing its shape or tearing.

7.10. Cleaning Bags with solvents or other chemical substances not intended for bag care is prohibited.

7.11. The warranty does not apply to defects such as wear of the Bags, defects caused by failure to follow the Bag care instructions, or minor defects that do not affect the use of the Bag.

1. Costume jewellery care instructions

8.1. Take off your Jewellery when cleaning your home or tidying outdoor areas.

8.2. Take off your Jewellery when you go to the beach, a swimming pool, a sauna or salt baths, when you do sport, and during cosmetic treatments, showers and baths.

8.3. Store Jewellery in a dark, cool place, in a soft pouch or box, separately from other jewellery, to prevent the risk of mechanical damage and scratches.

8.4. Clean Jewellery regularly with a special cloth or a soft fabric (suede or flannel).

8.5. Chemical substances, toothpaste or sand must not be used to clean Jewellery.

8.6. Avoid wearing several pieces of jewellery together (for example, two rings on one finger) to prevent the risk of scratches.

8.7. Avoid knocks or contact with sharp, rough or hard household objects (tables, doors, walls, handles, etc.).

8.8. Do not expose Jewellery to temperature fluctuations (in a bathhouse, sauna or solarium, in a cold pool after sunbathing, etc.) or to contact with water.

8.9. Using Jewellery for purposes for which it is not intended is prohibited (for example, using rings to open bottle caps; do not hang heavy objects such as keys on a chain, etc.).

8.10. Adjusting the size yourself is prohibited, as the resulting deformation may cause crystals to fall out and you will lose the warranty.

8.11. The warranty does not apply to defects such as wear of the Jewellery, defects caused by failure to follow the Jewellery care instructions, or minor defects that do not affect the wearing of the Jewellery.

1. SIA "ELYNDI" accepts no liability for repairs, engraving, resizing or other work carried out by craftspeople of other shops or workshops.

1. SIA "ELYNDI" accepts no liability for Goods that have not been cared for correctly.
