When will I get this month's outfit?
Once you have confirmed the style and colour on WhatsApp, we send the parcel to your nearest parcel locker within a few days. The tracking link arrives by e-mail.
Doesn't the outfit fit, or don't you like the colour?
Message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order - we’ll help you exchange it. The item must be unworn and have its tags attached.
When will I receive my commission?
Shopify Collabs pays out automatically about 30 days after the purchase, to the PayPal or bank account you gave in your Collabs profile.
Can I share my link privately?
Yes. Social media, blog, e-mail, WhatsApp or a private chat, it all works. Only spam and misleading ads are not allowed.
I didn’t manage to create content for the month. What should I do?
Let the team know, and we’ll agree on a new deadline. If there’s no content for two months in a row, we’ll pause the collaboration.
