DELIVERY
You have the option to choose one of these delivery methods:
Delivery to OMNIVA or DPD self-service terminals:
- Delivery price – 3.50 Eur
- By choosing delivery to a parcel machine, you will receive an SMS with the specified information for receiving the shipment.
- When choosing delivery to a parcel machine, the item will arrive at the User's chosen parcel machine within 5 working days after sending the order confirmation to the User's email address.
- The estimated delivery time may vary, and any delays will be reported.
In-store pickup at our Elyndi store:
- Service price – 1.50 Eur
- The shipment can be picked up at our location, Blaumaņa Street 9.
- An order placed with in-store pickup can be collected 2 days after placing the order, you will receive a message that the order is ready for pickup. (Weekdays 11:00 - 19:00, Weekends 11:00 - 18:00)
- It is recommended to pick up the shipment within 7 working days from the time of order.
- We want to inform you that if the item is not picked up in our store within 7 working days, the order will be canceled and you will be notified.

ORDER TRACKING
To track your order, you need two things:
- Order number, or ID (Example: #123456);
- The postal code you provided;
Once you have this information, go to: "Order Tracking"
You will see a window like this:

Important!
- The postal code should be entered exactly as you did at the time of ordering, with or without "LV", for example, "LV-1010", "LV1010", or "1010".
- If the postal code is entered incorrectly, the system will show an error. So, if you don't remember, enter all three possible options.
- You can find the order number in the very first email confirming your order.
