How to track the shipment?

To track your order you need two things: 

  1. Order number, or ID (Example: #123456);
  2. The postal code you have provided;

Once you know this information, go to: "Order Tracking"

The following window will open: 

Important! 

- The postal code must be specified exactly as you entered it at the time of ordering with or without "LV", for example "LV-1010", "LV1010" or "1010". 

- If the postal code is entered incorrectly, the system will display an error. Therefore, if you do not remember, then enter all three possible options.

- You can find the order number in the very first order confirmation email.
