You can choose one of the following delivery methods:

Delivery of goods to OMNIVA or DPD self-service terminals:

• Delivery price – 3.50 Eur
• If you choose delivery to the parcel, you will receive an SMS message with specified information for receiving the package.
• When choosing a parcel as the delivery method, the Product arrives in the parcel chosen by the User within 5 working days after the order confirmation is sent to the User's e-mail address.
• Estimated delivery times may vary, any delays will be reported.

Receiving goods on site in our elyndi store:

• Service price – 1.50 Eur
• The shipment can be received at our place, Blaumaņa Street 9.
• You can receive an order made with in-store pickup 2 days after placing the order, you will be sent a message that the order is ready for pickup. (Workdays 11:00 - 19:00, Holidays 11:00 - 18:00)
• It is desirable to pick up the shipment within 7 working days from the moment of placing the order.
• We would like to inform you that if the product is not picked up in our store within 7 working days, the order will be canceled and you will be notified.

To track your order you need two things: 

1. Order number, or ID (Example: #123456);
2. The postal code you have provided;

Important! 

- The postal code must be specified exactly as you entered it at the time of ordering with or without "LV", for example "LV-1010", "LV1010" or "1010". 

- If the postal code is entered incorrectly, the system will display an error. Therefore, if you do not remember, then enter all three possible options.

- You can find the order number in the very first order confirmation email.
