Please review our terms and conditions:

★ ELYNDI offers collaboration on a barter basis.

★ The influencer agrees to publish the prepared visual content: 1 feed post or 1 reel video + a set of stories (minimum 2-4).

★ The content must be published between October 1st and November 31st. Please send a preview of your visual material (as an attachment or WeTransfer link) to collabs@elyndi.com at least 72 hours before publishing.

★ The influencer agrees to include a unique link to the Elyndi website (provided by the Collaboration Manager) in their Instagram stories, to showcase us as their collaboration partner and help us assess the effectiveness of the partnership.

★ The posted materials must be positive, meet Elyndi’s content guidelines in quality, and adhere to ethical standards. The publications must not depict violence or weapons.

★ The influencer agrees to leave an honest review of the received products on our website www.elyndi.com.

★ The influencer grants Elyndi the right to use the content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to: social media posts, stories, reel videos, paid Meta ads, Elyndi.com visuals, and product catalogs.

★ If the influencer fails to meet their obligations, Elyndi may terminate further collaboration with the influencer and request the return of all received products in their original packaging.

★ When collecting personal information directly from you, we follow industry-standard data protection practices.

★ The influencer takes full responsibility for complying with the applicable standards and regulations of their home country (jurisdiction) regarding advertising on their managed social media accounts, including but not limited to: paying taxes, being fully accountable, and adhering to national legal frameworks governing influencer work and advertising in Instagram content.
